Chukwuma is an innovative, charismatic, outspoken entrepreneur who has proven his business prowess in very difficult situations.

He started out in business as an apprentice in the Igbo apprenticeship system popular in the south-eastern part of Nigeria. He served a building materials trader in Onitsha for 5 years and has been making his way from the ground up with small yet innovative business ideas in his immediate environment after his independence.

Today he is founder and CEO of Happivibe Services; a WellTech company that renders elating and clarifying services via voice calls and social media platforms.

He is also the founder of Vexxitt & Afro Optimism; brands dedicated to fostering the mental health & the mental health awareness of Africans in Africa & in the diaspora.

He is also currently building HappiClean, a fast growing cleaning & facility management brand. His core business ideology is creating innovative businesses that are mainly focused on empowering the people it employs & serves.

He is an avid learner who believes in the transformative power of education. He is the leader of HappiVibes, an online community of over 310,000 youths on Facebook across Nigeria & the rest of the globe.

He is also an excellent event compere and has hosted several weddings & corporate events, sharing his happy vibes directly with thousands of people.

Chukwuma also volunteers for & is a part of the events team at Chess in Slums Africa, an NGO that uses the game of chess as a tool to reach out to & transform the lives of vulnerable children in slum communities across Africa.

Kola Oshalusi is a creative photographer with an eye for details and documenting moments based in Lagos Nigeria.

He is currently the Director of Creative at Insigna Media, a Leading photography and content creation company positioned to adding value and building Africa's Largest content creation company.

As the convener of the Business of Photography conference (BOP) — West Africa's largest photography conference, his drive for human capital development is evident in his continuous provision of educative and knowledge sharing opportunities for creatives.

Kola Oshalusi's widely published works includes commissions across 3 continents and spans across Events, Portraits, Fashion, Lifestyle and Advertising photography. His success lies in his continuous pursuit of timeless ideas and imagery that constantly evokes thoughts and emotions.

Ayo' Olufolarin is a brand and business development professional with over a decade of experience spanning branding, digital products, fintech, tourism, electric mobility, and renewable energy.

Throughout his career, Ayo has worked across product development, financial product management, brand strategy, and business development, helping to build products, partnerships, and experiences that connect people, businesses, and technology.

He is passionate about creativity, innovation, and building meaningful solutions that create value. He currently works in Business Development within the Tourism & Creative Arts Sector of Sterling Bank, where he focuses on developing opportunities, partnerships, and solutions within the creative and tourism ecosystem.

Ayo holds several certifications in design and product development, as well as a Product Innovation Certification from Lagos Business School. He is also currently pursuing an MBA.

Beyond his professional work, Ayo enjoys reading, writing, lifestyle content creation, exploring new travel experiences, and following Formula One.

Grace Fasetire, known as Grace Fash, is a marketing and operations strategist who has spent the last several years building across the creator economy, education, social impact, and technology, spanning GTM strategy, product-led growth, and brand building, always with the same instinct; to build things that actually work for the people they're for.

Her work has been featured across notable outlets, including United States Times.

She's the founder of The Creators Basecamp, a multidisciplinary creative academy equipping creatives across different verticals in Africa with mentorship, workshops, and access to global opportunities.

Rooted in faith and guided by purpose, Grace is building a body of work and a community that reflects both.

Tobi Durosinmi-Etti is the Managing Partner at Jivagate, a firm focused on helping brands build products, experiences, and systems that support real growth and meaningful impact.

He works at the intersection of venture, marketing communications, growth, and tech, guiding entrepreneurs and teams through idea development, clear positioning, and practical problem-solving. Tobi is passionate about helping people move from confusion to clarity and from ideas to sustainable ventures.

He holds a degree from the University of Lagos and an MSc in Marketing Communications from Pan-Atlantic University. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations.

To support the SME ecosystem in Nigeria, Tobi co-founded IGNITE Initiative, a non-profit that equips university students to build viable businesses that can grow beyond their campus years.
